so i know its been a while ((more like over a month since i last blogged)), but i haven't forgoten about yall. In fact i have been recording vidoes for you-tube but i havent been posting them because ive been so busy with school. BUT, anywho, i wanted to share my henna experience with yall.
So basically Henna is something some naturals use to color their hair. Some people use it for the great conditioning benefits it has. Another benefit, if it is a benefit, is that it loosens your curl pattern just a tad. It also gives your hair somewhat of a color in the sun.
I used the Rainbow Henna just to see what it will do for my hair. It did not give my hair a brighter color, but one day when i was taking pictures of myself i did notice a brown tint/shade in my hair in the light.
Moral of the story is, if you want to color your hair, dont use henna. But if you want to use it for all the other benefits it has then you might find to love it. Me personally, i was mainly looking for something without chemicalls to color my hair, so i came across henna. But do your own research!!! It doesnt hurt to try henna either =) And for more info.
